Business Development Manager - Staffing & Solution

Milwaukee, WI
We are looking for an aggressive Sales and Business Development professional who can drive business growth through new sales revenues.  Selected resource for this role will be selling IT & Engineering staff augmentation services and IT Solutions in Data Management and custom application development.
This resource will also be responsible for driving growth by looking for avenues to generate revenues by acquiring new clients at a local and national level. The individual would be someone who possess a true passion for consultative sales and desire to achieve new heights.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
  • Generate new opportunities through a high volume of client contacts and visits.
  • Builds relationships and acts as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Identifies opportunities and develops solutions to meet client needs.
Required Skill Set:
  • Prior business to business sales experience
  • Should be an energetic, self-driven, result oriented and an honest individual
  • Experience working in a staffing agency and/or IT Solution Sales is desired
  • Experience using minority and women owned certification is a plus
  • Experience recruiting Engineers and/or IT professionals is a plus
  • Fast learner
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Should be a Team player and should be able to work individually
  • Preferable to have strong existing network of connections
