MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist III Wauwatosa, WI USA. •Drive accuracy and timeliness for vendor payments and vendor contract spend.
•Facilitate Vendor contract process from contract add to delete including pricing table updates.
•Facilitate the use of the vendor payment system and train internal and external users on the
contract modules. Drive adoption of the tool with the vendors to facilitate vendor invoicing, FSR
collection, and contract installed base inventory.
•Perform routine account reconciliations to ensure accurate installed base on the vendor contracts.
•Identify drivers for vendor contract defects and work with appropriate teams to ensure actions taken to clear defects.
•Facilitate communications between Field teams, Vendor and global teams on Vendor contract invoice related questions to resolve the payment issues.
•Identify process gaps and/or improvement opportunities, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
•Confer with suppliers, field teams, and customers via telephone to determine payment/contract status and reasons for potential overdue payments and contract issues.
•Resolve supplier complaints and research account discrepancies; analyze payment data for suppliers.
•Bachelor’s degree; or high school diploma and minimum 3 years of experience in operations, field service, supply chain, or account payables.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Strong understanding and use of Microsoft apps; Experience in Excel Pivot Tables and V-Look-
Ups or demonstrated ability to learn new tools/technology.
•Strong organizational skills & attention to details
•Self-motivated, resourceful, and ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple assignments
•Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships
•Legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
•Business acumen and analytical skills
•LEAN or Six Sigma experience
