Security Engineer with experience implementing Security IQ (also known as File Access Manager).
Accountable for analysis, support and upgrades of infrastructure, software, and technology solutions. Responsible for using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business needs to improve and meet service level expectations.
This role is expected to be part of the project implementation team, but long term will be the primary support person for the tool.
On-site required for the first two-months; with some flexibility possible for long term.
Experience with SIQ/FAM
Strong Customer Service focus
Previous experience in a technical support role
Nice to have:
IIQ experience. Although the tools are not currently integrated; it is expected that the client will do that in 2020
