Perform business analysis for medium to large IPS technology implementation efforts. Work closely with business SMEs, cross-functional teams, and technology vendors to understand and define impacted users and workflows, create and maintain use cases, and develop functional requirements for new system enhancements and associated workflows.
Support the Lead Business Analyst or Project Manager in facilitating accurate communication of needs, concerns, risks, and issues among the business stakeholders, engineering, operations, and the vendors.
Work closely with the Program Management Office to ensure adherence to expected scope, schedule, and cost plans, clearly communicating any risks and contributing to status updates.
