We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst for a contract opportunity in the Milwaukee area. This role fits into the operations side of a DevOps team who are responsible for tool availability and request fulfillment for IT Service Management. In this role, you will provide first level technical support, including support of IT Service Management tools (Cherwell, Bomgar, Event Management).
This role is administrative in processing requests, answering how-to questions, providing insight into improvement opportunities, and business rule creation and modification on event management per service request and standard operating procedures.
Qualified candidates will have situational awareness, strong Customer Service skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Nice to haves: SQL understanding or ability to write searches and queries to better interact with data and find automation opportunities.
