The RPA Process Analyst will provide subject matter expertise on Froedtert Health robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
•Design, develop, test and implement RPA bots that will interact with multiple third party applications.
•Develop system requirements and support system implementation.
•Serve as the integration point between business and IT and facilitate business requirements definition and gathering.
•Evaluate and automate existing processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
•Provide on-going support including process changes, defect fixes, software upgrades, performance tuning, and RPA bot administration.
•Document and maintain process automation designs and technical specifications.
•Relevant RPA bot development experience with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UiPath.
•Experience in programming (.NET, Java, Python, ETL, etc.).
•Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Experience with Visio and MS Project.
•Proficient in requirements gathering.
•Proficient in test plan preparation and execution.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
•Experience in systems integrations and project management.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Highly motivated and ability to operate under limited supervision.
•Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations.
•Ability to work independently.
Requires a BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Business Administration / Management, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics or Management Information Systems OR 5 years of RPA experience OR any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
