Tier I Technical Support

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support resource for a contract opportunity in Milwaukee WI.  In this role, you would provide first level technical support at various levels of expertise and responsibility. Includes PC Setup support of Home Office and Field hardware, password support, software, applications and network images. Works with Engineering teams to provide analysis and research needed to resolve the technology issues presented to team.
 
This role will work with  Field Representatives and Technology Coordinators on the setup and imaging of laptops, desktops, and tablets.  You would be responsible for initial build, data recovery, program functionality and optimizing of the field users new computer for an exceptional out of box client experience.
 
Must haves:
  • Knowledge of Win10 imaging/system loading
  • Technical support/PC troubleshooting skill set
  • Great communication skills
 
Nice to haves:
  • Experience interfacing with field clients to explain technical requirement needs.
