|The Systems Analyst Senior is responsible for the maintenance and support of assigned systems/applications. The position is accountable to maintain familiarity with new and currently installed applications in order to provide guidance to the team in troubleshooting functionality and providing support and direction of the effective stability and growth of the system. Performs research and analysis, prepares assigned project deliverables, and detailed specifications from which vendor systems will be programmed/configured, and provides process and workflow analysis. The Systems Analyst Senior is responsible to participate in the on-call rotation. Other duties as assigned.
Sr Systems Analyst Kronos
|A minimum of five years functional/operating experience in related discipline is required. Experience working in a healthcare IT, hospital or other clinical environment is required. Experience developing in one or more of the following: SQL, HL7, Crystal Reports, and object oriented language is required. Strong understanding of project management principles and methods. Experience successfully leading projects involving software/hardware updates or new system installations. Strong understanding of components and data flow for simple to highly complex IT systems. Proven knowledge and understanding of operating systems, computer programming concepts, software development lifecycle, databases, client-server technology, networks and security.
Configuring and maintaining Kronos Advanced Scheduler is preferred
Experience with Kronos Attendance and Leave modules is preferred
Experience migrating from Kronos Classic to Navigator is preferred
Experience in Kronos version 7 or higher is preferred
Experience integrating with Epic and payroll systems is preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead projects of various size and scope is preferred
Demonstrated ability to define and implement documentation standards is preferred
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
|Knowledge of computer principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other closely related field in order to be able to perform system lifecycle tasks is required.|
