MARS Solutions group is looking for a Head of Business Development in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
This person shall lead a team of 2-3 Sales Managers in India. He/She shall provide business
Leadership to the delivery teams in India
- The primary focus is to bring new business from new and existing clients
- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.
- Developing and implementing long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop prospect lists to generate new business including cold calls.
- Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects.
- Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.
- Responsible for getting New LEADS/ Requirements & Customers, maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the clients, which is required for making an end client submission. Follow up with clients on the progress of the submittals made.
- Orient the candidate on interview process & closure.
- Good Years of experience of Sales / BD Experience in US IT Staffing Industry.
- Ability to work independently & multi task in fast paced environment.
- Thorough understanding of Direct Customers/Implementation Partners / Tier-1/ Prime Vendor Sales Process.
- Should have active clients (Can Bring Direct Customers through Relation Ship).
- Good command on full life Sales / Recruitment Cycle in US Staffing
- Proven Track record in US IT Staffing Industry
- 10-20 years in working in company like Wipro/Accenture/IBM doing IT
- Business experience of both hunting and farming. Solution Sales in the USA, for off shore delivery teams in India
- Experiences of engaging with CEO/CIO/CTO/Business Head
- Knowledge of Digital transformation, iOT, Cyber Security, Testing, Big Data Analytics, Pega, SFDC, SAP, MS, Progress and QAD, etc.
- IT outsourcing knowledge for SMB Sector
