Supply Chain Analyst/Purchasing coordinator /Purchasing Analyst
Provide needed administrative support to the activities and responsibilities of the Supply Chain Department. The position also provides administrative support for the Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators and Buyers. Other duties as assigned.
-One to two years of prior administrative/support experience is required. Familiarity with hospital environment and purchasing procedures is required.
-High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Office equipment (i.e. computer, printer, calculator, facsimile, copier/scanner). Advanced typing skills. Basic microcomputer skills/MS applications. (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.) Excellent verbal and written skills. MMIS applications familiarity.
