Job description –
This is not a finance related role: looking for an experienced Excel user to help maintain multiple spreadsheets related to project management activities; our team is responsible for ensuring the assets of divesting businesses are moved to dedicated legal entities within a specific timeframe.
PwC has supported the creation of a project management framework, and I’m looking for someone to keep the established Excel framework up to date.
(1) updating multiple files when steps or their related execution dates are changed,
(2) supporting line item changes requested by businesses,
(3) participating in execution calls and updating particular line items live and
(4) otherwise working with the PwC team to ensure the Excel files are accurate and up to date.
This is a critical role, as the dashboards we use are driven off of these Excel files.
Required skill set – Experienced Excel User; ability to manage multiple inputs at one time; ability to work in team; experience using Excel for project management support a plus; ability to work under tight deadlines; ability to maintain confidentiality. I am not an expert at Excel, so this person must be comfortable enough to work in a sophisticated Excel spreadsheet independently. Experience with Excel Online a plus.
