Supply Chain Data Analyst
The Supply Chain Data Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and deleting specific master data required for our demand/supply planning process as well as to generating reports/metrics for the larger Supply Chain team. Personnel will communicate with a wide variety of internal customers such as Fulfillment, Operations, Project Managers, Pricing, Engineering to ensure integrity and consistency of data. This position requires great attention to detail as well as extreme accuracy with a strong understanding of work prioritization.
The Supply Chain Planning Administrator will monitor our forecasting system’s nightly processes for completion as well as any errors that occurred during the nightly processes and notify appropriate personnel of any issues. This position is also responsible for creating, updating and saving reports needed for the Supply Chain Planning department.
Create, maintain and delete Master Data records, identify/highlight gaps in report data, update records with feedback provided.
Generate and maintain multiple reports and departmental Key Process Indicators to support the Supply Chain Planning team.
Review IBP job log for any error indicator in the nightly process and provide notification of issue.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong Intermediate Excel Skills (ie. Fluent in Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Recording Macros, Creating Charts)
Working knowledge of Supply Chain
Working knowledge of SAP
Working knowledge of Business Objects
