Expertise Area: Data analytics, financial reporting, performance management,
Experience: 5 – 7 Years relevant work experience
Education: BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Information Systems or similar
Technical Skills: MS Office (Expert), VBA, SQL, Tableau/BI, MS SharePoint
Experience with documenting business operation processes, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and manuals
-Ability to demonstrate advanced research expertise across multiple platforms
-Ability to produce quality documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
-Ability to work with senior level clients in a fast-paced environment
a. Business Processes Assessment and Evaluation, identification of potential efficiencies and areas for
automation, provide findings and recommendations, and implement approved recommendations. Areas for examination may span a range of areas related to acquisition, finance, and logistics.
b. Analyze approaches for measuring program outcomes / return on investment, leverage best practices, recommend standard approaches, and assist in implementing across the enterprise.
c. Provide analytical support to high visibility, Agency-level initiatives. These are typically non-recurring, short turnaround responses to external entities. Responses require integration of various data sets and cross-Agency collaboration and coordination.
d. Coordinate and present findings in the appropriate formats (briefings, information papers, decision papers, etc.) that enable informed decisions.
e. Leverage existing data, best practices, tools, and systems to identify and recommend enterprise solutions.
